Parents parking preventing us to park or get out of our driveway

Reported via desktop in the Car parking category by Neil Jobling parent Governor of co op academy Beckfield at 10:44, Friday 3 February 2023

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

Th problems are that entrance and exits to our property is restricted at school times. Also parking on pavements preventing people walking down the street with children or young children in pushchairs especially when its bin day we need someone to come and see the problems on a morning and evening and let us know what we can do

  • This item is to sort out the ongoing problem between parents and residents on Tyersal Walk and Tyersal drive. What I am looking for is a happy medium between both parties. So its safe for parents to take children to and from school and have respect for the residents by not parking on dropped curbs or obstructing the day to day use of their driveways. Also residents helping parent by if possible to park in their driveways so they can drop off and pick up children. The thing is it's only for 20 minutes am and pm if both parties can use common sense then it doesn't become a problem.
