Frequent near misses at roundabout

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4199179.

I've experienced many (once/week) incidents driving from Farnborough and turning right at the roundabout indicated into Prospect Road. Cars coming across the roundabout in the opposite direction frequently fail to stop even though it is my right of way.
