SECOND REPORT: silted up drain following Thames Water works

As a follow up to my December report:

“On east bound, uphill carriageway, adjacent to recent highways authority contractor’s repair ‘patch’ following major Thames Water repair works further up the hill, which was the cause of this silting up and this should have been cleared at time of these two respective repair works.....one wonders why was it not?”
As per attached 2pm Thursday 2 February 2023 photos......
One trusts “appropriate action” (sic.) will be taken this time.....
