Directly outside 295 and 297 Crofton Road

Reported via mobile in the Road Defect category anonymously at 17:09, Thursday 2 February 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4197621.

This has been reported once already, the road is so damaged that it is preventing me from sleeping and everyone else in my house, this is a very busy road, every time a car goes past, it makes a very loud noise and because the road is very busy, it is non stop. It is beginning to affect my sleep and my life now, the second picture also the same, when cars are over taking, it’s making too much noise. I wouldn’t mind but like I said, it’s affecting my well-being as it means a lack of sleep. Please could this be sorted this time around. The entire road from the top of locksbottom to the church near the station needs fixing to be honest, I have lived here 30 years and it has never once been resurfaced.

  • You are saying the issue is resolved but this is what the road looks like as of 29/03/2023. Some work men came and fixed only 1 section of the road and left, this is still preventing me from sleeping, as someone who suffers from depression and anxiety, I’m already sleep deprived and this is just making it 100% worst, every time a car goes past it sounds like something is exploding outside, this is beyond ridiculous now, please fix the road. The road is even marked indicating where it needs to be fix so how did they miss it and then go back and report that it has been fixed?
