Graffiti covering garage and fence

This is historically a popular spot for graffiti artists, but it is a while since they last struck. The side wall of my garage is covered, the garage door and one panel of my fencing. My garage is accessed by turning right on the public footway from the end of Ernest Close. BR3 3JE

Thank you for repainting the fence and garage door. We spoke to the very polite and helpful man as he was leaving his work van. He explained that he did not have a pressure washer that worked on board. We then agreed that the graffiti on the bare brick wall should not be painted over, as that may provide more temptation for graffiti. He would return with a working pressure hose and finish the job. Disappointingly, the narrow brickwork to the right hand side of the garage was painted. I hope it can be cleaned off. However, the remainder of the graffiti on the brickwork has been left as agreed. We hope the job can be completed sooner rather than later. We understand how busy Bromley council is at the moment, and how stretched resources are. We are very grateful for your attention and just needed to flag up that as yet, the job is incomplete.

Good morning and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
The crew have been spoken with and it would appear that there was a slight breakdown of communication on the Veolia team's part, sorry for that. From looking at the pictures taken before any graffiti removal had taken place it does look as though the wall had been painted previously and therefore the team thought that it was ok to paint this side of the brick wall as it was already painted in an off white colour. The team has been asked to return in the next few days and attempt to remove the brown paint, graffiti and the original white colour paint with a high pressured lance.
