Blocked Drains

There are two completely blocked drains (full of leaf matter & debris) on Kingsey Road in Thame on the left hand side as you drive out of town just past Churchill Crescent. This has resulted in a huge amount lying on the road, which is hugely dangerous for passing traffic. The drains need to be emptied & the road desperately needs road sweeping.
