Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later

There is an abandoned fridge-freezer outside number 24 harcombe road. there is household waste dumped on the grass opposite number 24 harcombe road. the mess left up here is getting worse daily. there is also soil which is now over the road causing drains to block and flooding to occur.
