Double Yellow Lines need to be remarked.

Reported via desktop in the Car parking category by Bela Kantor at 08:46, Thu 2 February 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4194297.

Parking restrictions exist outside 59-69 Beechwood Road in the form of double yellow lines. However, these have now been worn into obscurity and drivers are leaving their vehicles there, as seen on the photo. This is on the inside of a blind bend and lowers visibility, rendering very dangerous specially at speed. Need to be reinstated before a major accident occurs.

  • This situation will get worse, once the intended car park charges are introduced. The above picture shows a blind bend, and not all vehicles keep to 20mph limit, or display courtesy to oncoming vehicles.
