SSE are currently carrying out permitted works on Rotherfield Road. They have severed many roots of trees which are protected by a TPO.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. A member of Oxfordshire County Council's Tree Service will be at this location tomorrow to oversee the remaining works. Oxfordshire County Council Tree Officers found works to be unacceptable and imposed a change of working method. Thank you for highlighting this issue. It has allowed us to gather sufficient evidence of works and damage to the trees. Further information will be provided via letter to residents along the road in the coming week.
