Abandoned trolleys

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4191647.

Reported to trolley wise 5 times in 2 weeks and still not been collected.

Trolleys are being dumped on the road causing hazard for drivers and pedestrians. Kids are sitting in them and racing them on the road.
