Trucks regularly parking on dual use path

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4191085.

Trucks regularly mount the pavement in the layby here and block the dual use path. Whilst pedestrians can probably squeeze by on the grass as a cyclist I am forced on to the A50 to pass which feels really dangerous especially in the dark. This also seems to be damaging the surface of the path which is in a poor state and getting towards needing a mounting bike in places.
