Road surface very poor with small potholes

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4191069.

The west bound section of road is becoming very poor. When cycling along it I have ride along way into the carriage way to find a decent surface which puts me at increase risk with the trucks that use this section. Especially on the rise to railway bridge I am concerned if I am not careful I am going to hit one of these sections and get thrown from my bike.
