Cones left after new house building finished

These cones were left after the new build was completed months ago. Initially I believe it was to inform drivers coming round the corner that there was an entrance. However there is now a high viz strip on the entrance wall and I really think 4 cones are an overkill and look very unsightly.

  • Position of cones is in Pound Lane next door to the old Dunn Horse pub now refurbished as flats, not Brighton Road.

  • Local council deemed them necessary to protect newly laid tarmac which had been laid several weeks earlier. Thus no action taken so still an eyesore in the village.
