Manhole Cover

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4190305.

The Manhole Cover on Norton lane opposite the Blacksmiths has dislodged. This has been like this for a number of weeks now. United Utilities have been out, unfortunately they were unable to get the cover off.

This is a busy road and every time traffic goes over the manhole it causes a lot of noise. This is very annoying, having to listen to this all day every day. Please Help!!!
