Illegal parking outside school

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4189951.

There is a no parking/waiting sign between 2pm and 3pm on Whitehall Rd in chingford. There are also double yellow lines and cars are constantly parking there to pick up their children on the double yellow lines and up on the pavements. The children are running across the road and it's so dangerous. This has been going on for over a year.
