Terrible litter problem

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4188423.

There's been a large litter spill of papers to add to the already large quantity of unswept litter/leaves that has been here from New Park Road to Kings Avenue, for days if not weeks! Please clear!
