Large potholes and broken pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4184071.

Over 6 years no one has been to repair/replace the broken pavement, the big potholes in the road, the light in the street light, put ramps on the pavement for our wheelchairs etc. The house no.s plaque is incorrect. The hawthorne overgrown and dangerous.
