Sent to Preston City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 418336.
The yard wall has fallen over due to the bad wind we,ve had at the rear of 14 acregate lane. and the local residents have started to add rubbish to the pile of rubble, this house has been empty for 2 years and now kids are going in there at nights. im worried in case they start a fire has my house is attached to this property.

The council came and moved some rubbish about two weeks ago, but left the rubble from the fallen yard wall and my neighbors have started adding to the pile again. something more needs to be done.
