1ft sunken manhole cover 4 inch deep.

Sent to Aberdeen City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4183287.

Cover in road causes home to shake when trucks drive over it. Has been like this for over 2 years. Last time they just put tar over it rather than fit it. Back to being a hole.
