Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4182839.

This patch has been fixed twice but never completely. Always disintegrates in the area that hasn’t been repaired. The real culprit is the company that patched the road so badly in the first place - Severn Trent I believe. Totally inadequate. There’s a other pothole a few metres along, submitted separately.
