Pavement parking - abusive driver
Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4179561.
Van was parked for 20 minutes and I rang the number on the side of van, as no one could enter or leave my property due to the way he had parked on the pavement in front of my door. Driver was very abusive and did not apologise, but instead he said you can walk around through the shrub area.
This is becoming a too common issue on this street and something needs to be done as soon as possible
