Fencing damaged by RTC

The metal fencing along this part of the road has been badly damaged by an RTC today. There is also some bent metal pointing back out onto the path. Behind the fencing is a holding pond with steep banking. If pedestrians trip now there's nothing to stop them falling into the pond. Also children may seek to explore, as nothing to stop them. There are a couple of much smaller breaks in the fence that should also be fixed at the same time.
