Bin tipped over and spread rubbish

One of the large bins next to the layby has tipped over and fallen down the steep bank, tipping rubbish for 20 or 30 feet around it. The picture shows the bin and the rubbish from the footpath by the A2, it might not be visible from the A2 because of the steepness of the bank.
