Poor workmanship

There is seemingly a pattern of poor road repairs or use of substandard materials being used. This was only repaired weeks ago & its already coming away. Are the contractors deliberately doing this to speed up a return job in the near future. Council officials should be inspecting works carried out on the councils behalf before paying out for shoddy repairs!!
