Abandoned motorbike on Elmbank Street

The motorbike has been abandoned here for at least a year-a-half. It hasn't moved once, has broken components and is likely not functional. It is taking up a space in the the motorbike parking space on this street and needs to be removed please.

    Hi - it now 17 May and the abandoned motorbike is still there on the street in parking that regularly is full through the week.

    The previous response from the council said this would be referred to the DVLA as it is untaxed, but they clearly have done nothing.

    Will this bike stay here for all time until it finally rusts away to nothing or will someone come along, cut the security chain to the post and finally remove it?
