Breach of smoke control - several properties

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4175611.

Several chimneys of the few remaining old tenements on Peel Street are emitting grey smoke. Air pollution from wood and coal fires is very bad in this area - this is affecting people's health. Please make people aware of their responsibilities under smoke control. Thanks.
