Garden waste fly tipping

There is a large amount of flytipping along the southlands rd side of the children’s dog free area of whitehall. Tree cuttings and garden waste. This is a continual problem. Also some found on the path from southlands Rd entrance along the main park perimeter path to the middle gate of the children’s play area.
