Tree overgrown over path

Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4174344.

An evergreen tree had grown over the path which makes it hard for people to pass without walking on the grass area. This has been especially bad lately with the ice as it's been extremely Skippy trying to walk around the tree.
