Parking on double yellow/corner/dropped kerb

Yet another example of bad parking so that it’s unsafe for children to cross near the manorcroft school. Parked on a double yellow line, on a corner, obstructing a view for crossing and on a dropped crossing kerb. When asking why they had to park there their response was they were late - I explained they needed to leave more time to get to the school, they would find it difficult to cross the road safely with their own children and why should we put our own children at risk?
