Exiting wellington place onto wellington street is not possible at peak hours

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

The traffic lights from wellington place to wellington street only allow 2-3 cars per sequence; at peak times the many offices, hotel and car parks in wellington place can't exit. The traffic flow is also prioritised by a round about just before the lights. This is causing pollution and inconvenience as it can take 10 minutes or more to exit. It is a traffic light sequencing and road layout issue
