Illegal Parking

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 13:43, Thursday 26 January 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Cars have recently been parking along the double yellow lines all the way up Wireless road. This is causing problems for deliveries on the Industrial Estate. Lorries and delivery vehicles are unable to pull up to unload and block the road while doing so. It is also caused quite an obstruction from pulling out of the designated parking areas as it makes it difficult to see if any traffic is coming. Cars have been hit by lorries when using the turning circle as there is not enough room for them to turn around correctly. People trying to get access to the designated car parks are having to wait up to 1 hour while delivery vehicles are unloading as they are blocking the drive ways. There used to be a car park open at the end of wireless road, but this has been closed off for a couple of years now. Please come and enforce the parking laws and put signage up. Designated unloading bays would be good too.
