Buses cars and large vehicles shakes my whole house - and now have crack aprearing

This problem has been going on for years since the council put a ramp outside my property- I’ve recently had rooms plastered and new cracks are appearing along ceiling joist and in walls and tbere is currently a massive pot hole in the brickwork of the ramp too - speeding is an issue including the buses and more frequent use of double decker buses is making the problem worse my tv .. bed .. pipe work all shake every 20 minutes for 12 -18 hours a day
