The gully is booked and water backing up the road . Large potholes now appeared on the side of the road. I have called this issue though to highways twice and was told that an attempt to empty the gully had been done but the top of the grid was stuck. So the problem still persist . Please could you get it looked at as in the frosty weather the road was frozen over and there was a small accident outside our property. I first called in November about this problem
