Pavements have moss and are uneven. Very slippery in cold weather. There are mostly elderly people and children walking

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later

Mossy pavements all along with ice now and very slippery. These are also uneven and need to be cleaned so people can avoid falling. Also this area needs to have a speed limit of <5 and have yellow lines indicating these are not for public parking
