Footbridge needs sweeping

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4164694.

The footbridge over the railway needs sweeping and clearing, Piles of leaves are on all steps, making them slippery and hazardous, and encouraging moss to grow. Plus there is an abandoned Xmas tree at the top, and general litter, a beer crate, cardboard waste. Not sure who maintains this - Richmond Council or Network Rail
