Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later

This pothole was "filled" in approx two weeks ago. Within two dats the edges were crumbling and now the hole has reappeared and deteriorating even faster than before. Potholes need a permanent fix not just a shovelful of tarmac thrown at it.
