Unsafe bulge in carriageway

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4162878.

There is a bulge in the carriageway of the A447 that is high enough to destabilise vehicles. This is has been there for several months and is not safe. Driving over this can cause quite a jolt and possible suspension damage.

The bulge is located at the junction at the point as if you were turning out of Bosworth Road heading for Hinckley.

It is not safe to stop and take photographs
