Excessive Dog fouling

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4161402.

The amount of dog fouling outside the gardens of 165/167 Gartcraig Road is unacceptable. There is also a grassed embankment along Gartcraig Road in front of the tenement houses on Spey Street. People are bringing dogs from all over to use as a toilet then they do not lift it.
