Pavement conditions

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4159967.

Cars are parking on the pavement, driving over the grass and destroying the greenery. We have to walk on the main road just to get past, I keep reporting this but the complaint keep getting deleted
