Road sinking
Reported via desktop in the Road Defect category by Jillian Cook at 12:38, Sunday 22 January 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4158516.
Some 5 years ago the road at this spot started to sink. The council repaired and brought up to level but now it sinking again it needs to be inspected as it is a causing vehicles to lurch to the left and will end up down the bank on the land abutting the lane which belongs to Charmwood Farm. some 8 feet further on a tree is lifting the tarmac on the road which belongs to Charmwood Farm. I feel it needs inspecting as becoming a hazard. Many thanks

Large pothole fixed but road sinking and potholes on opposite side further down have not been attended to. The lanes are very narrow and there is going to be an accident where the road is sinking and the tree root pushing up the tarmac not but 6ft further on and trying to avoid the potholes on the opposite side of the road. Someone in their vehicle are going to end up going down the bank into Charmwood farm field
