Well noted that 'appropriate action has been taken...". However, it appears that this is only partly the case. Please refer to latest photos taken today (26.01.2023) - there remains multiple bags of rubbish and household items dumped along the stretch of shrubs between the footpaths on the A21 Bromley Common (just north of Turpington Lane). Many thanks in advance.

Thank you to your team for re-attending and removing some of the dumped rubbish/household items. However, as you will see from today's photographs, many items of rubbish still remain on stretch of shrubs between the footpaths on the A21 Bromley Common (just north of Turpington Lane). It is appreciated that these may be awkward to get to due to the overgrowth, but there must be a means to extract and remove this rubbish. Myself and many other pedestrians regularly use this footpath and the discarded rubbish and litter is such an eyesore. Please investigate and take proper action. Many thanks in advance.

Hello, This is the third time you have stated that this matter has been resolved while, again, it has not been resolved. This leads me to think there is either miscommunication somewhere in the chain or deliberate negligence. Please escalate this matter to your senior management for its consideration. Latest photos – taken today, 10.02.2023 – indicate that the same bags of rubbish still exist in the subject area. The London Borough of Bromley openly encourages its community to report flytipping, yet in this case seems reluctant to do fully address the matter.

Enough is enough. Again, this matter is reported resolved when the opposite is true. I will escalate this matter through the appropraite channels. Please walk the length of the footpath and you will see the dumped rubbish still exists in the shrubs - refer to the photos taken on Sunday 12 February 2023.

I am not the original reporter, however I can confirm this is still unresolved and an ongoing problem that needs addressing. It's confusing to me how difficult it is to retrieve rubbish in such an obvious position. Please address ASAP.
