Traffic lights not working

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4156752.

Traffic lights are litterly goinggreen and only 2-3 cars moving. Its skipping one chance too so taking longer for lights to go green and has a large queue building up. Took me 20 minutes to go through from the school alley way
