Blackfirs Lane

Can I make a request please to get Blackfirs Lane added to the gritting routes? There are a couple of new housing developments leading onto the Lane and so hundreds more cars using it. I imagine it wasn’t a priority before because there weren’t many dwellings along the Lane but that’s all changed now. There are also many more children using the Lane to get to Congleton School and there’s a long stretch of the road that has no pavements and so is increasingly dangerous. This is exacerbated by the fact that the section without a pathway is under a heavy tree canopy so the sun can’t get through to thaw the ice.
