Neighbourhood is flytipping at private property

12 victoria road is a tenanted apt building. the tenants facing the front of the property report flytipping in front of the property occuring by unknown persons that do not live at the property. flytippers are dumping mattresses, furnishing, building materials and waste. this seems to be a recurring periodic issue that was going on before dec 2022 and has today 20/01/2023 started up again to the distress of the tenants of 12 victoria rd. n18 2uf.
