Man hole cover collapsing

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4152193.

There is a man hole cover which has begun to collapse and the surround road surface has begun to break up, this has been getting worse since December, car's are now trying to swerve on to the opposite side of the road to avoid it. The cover in outside the exit to the everdale grange nursing home
