Snow was not removed from pavements and became compacted ice as the day wore on yesterday. My daughter fell on the ice, and I witnessed another individual with a nose bleed from slipping on the ice. This road is not on the gritting plan but is an access to a school. A gritting bin at the end would allow the parents to make sure that the pavements are safe to walk on for everyone
