Kerbstone out of place and sunken

The picture shows it best, kerbstone is not in place and is a hazard, the drain has been filled and now water pools there, around the drain is now failing as a result

  • The council are clearly aware of the issue as the markings previously are there and now are wearing away, probably marked out around a year ago, clearly not important to them until someone trips or hurts themselves
