• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding this section of Gainsborough Road, we are pleased to confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the specifications for remedial work, have a repair scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

• Gainsborough Road outside bus stop across from my drive this part of the road urgently needs to be repaired I’m tired of fixing my tires due to the bad state of this part of the road considering the x4 is running on it every day fix it because it’s been this way since 2016
