Illegal Parking

This car is regularly parked on footway at the location of the dropped kerb. Speaking with my elderly neighbour and wheel chair user he informs me how frustrating it is that he cannot pass, then struggles to turn around due to lack of manoeuvreing space, to attempt finding another route, on occasion finding others have parked in front of the dropped kerb area. This section of footway is to the rear of house number 16 Burns Close Basingstoke.

Updates

  • Still cars parked in this location earlier today. It's not part of the nearby parking bays, nor a dropped kerb ( licensed) property access , but a public footway, at a lowered wheelchair access type kerb.
