Cars blocking the pavement.

Cars started parking here while the pavement was closed for works on the YMA building. However they are continuing to park here even though the pavement is now open. Whilst I am able to walk between the parked cars with ease those with pushchairs might struggle and those in wheelchairs would not be able to.
